The J&J Ostrožovič company is the oldest privately-owned winery in the Slovak Tokaj region. We have been producing superior wines since 1990. In 1993, we were the first to bring wines produced from the Tokaj grape varieties Furmint, Lipovina and Yellow Muscat using reductive technology to the Slovak marketplace. We cultivate 58 hectares of Tokaj vineyards using an environmentally friendly integrated production system. On 4 hectares we cultivate vines using only BIO products and from these grapes we produce NATUR wine. The NATUR label provides a guarantee of purity during grape cultivation. Three of the best wines from our winery were included in the 1,000 Finest Wines Ever Made book and every year our wines are awarded medals at Slovak and international fairs.
